Up Where Love Lies

A brand new Cameron Z-105 hot air balloon, flying to raise awareness and money for baby and child loss charities.

Our first confirmed project for 2027, and one that is very close to home.

We are really pleased to announce our first confirmed project and new balloon for 2027.

Up Where Love Lies is a wonderful project that will use a brand new Cameron Z-105 balloon to raise awareness and money for baby and child loss charities.

This is a very special balloon, and we can’t wait for it to be seen. It also has a few special additions that will really make it stand out.

The Z-type is Cameron’s premium design, with a smooth envelope built for carrying artwork, the same family as G-CIUB in our own fleet, but larger. A massive thank you to Cameron Balloons for their work and support in making this project a reality.

Why this one is close to our hearts

Molly Mae Ballooning carries the name of pilot Jamie’s daughter, who died in 2008 following complications from her premature birth. The team was formed that year as a way of remembering her, and has raised money for premature baby charities ever since.

Up Where Love Lies continues that thread. Being trusted to build and fly a balloon for families who have lost a baby or a child means a great deal to everyone here.

Photographs will be added here as the balloon is built. We would rather show you the real thing than an impression of it.

A special thank you to our project partner for their trust in allowing us to operate this beautiful and meaningful balloon.
